Shipping and Delivery
We use our best efforts to fulfill our orders within 48 hours of order placement, on the requested future shipping date, or as otherwise specified on the product page. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed starting on the next business day. Orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx, offering a variety of delivery options. Shipping costs are dependent on the delivery options you select at check-out, including the size/weight of the package and the delivery destination.
Special note about Deliveries to campus housing locations: Many universities process their mail and package deliveries through a Central Mail Room. This means that once your package has delivered to the address provided, your student will still most likely need to pick it up from the designated location. Please be certain that the address you provide is the correct and official mailing address for your student, or your package may be returned as undeliverable. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Parcel University knows that you are happy when your student is happy. If you or your student is not 100% satisfied with a gift parcel received from Parcel University, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply. Bag of quarters and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Easy Return Policy
To process a return, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, contact information and order number, along with a brief explanation regarding your return. You will be provided with simple instructions to process your return. Refunds will be processed only after returned product is received by Parcel University.
